Over the years I have learned that setting goals that are physiologically realistic and within a designated time frame are the best ways for you to commit to me, and for me to commit to you.

This commitment is what tells me that you actually want to receive true one-on-one coaching, and that you are ready and willing to make the commitment to your health and fitness. What Happens After 8 Weeks?
Once you have completed your 8-week programs, you have the option to continue your health and fitness journey with me on a monthly basis. Keep your momentum going and continue to see progress with a month to month continuation of any program for $49.
Get Started Today
Once you have purchased your 8 week program, it will start on the following Monday. This allows time for you to download the app, set-up your profile and fill out the forms provided to you. In addition, this gives me time to review your answers to the forms filled out, and for us to discuss any customization that might be needed for just you.
During this time you will receive your 7 day meal plan within 24-48 hours, so you can start meal planning and prepping.
