Get Started Today
Once you have purchased your online fitness program, you will have immediate access to the entire program. You will receive an email prompting you to download the App. From here you will be able to set-up your profile, review your program and fill out any forms provided to you. At any time you can submit any questions or concerns you may have, along with discussing any customization that might be needed for just you.
You will also receive your 7 day meal plan within 24-48 hours, so you can start meal planning and prepping.
You will always be able to access your program through the app or desktop. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, reach out via email or directly through the app.
What Happens Once You Finish Your 8 Weeks?
Once you have completed your initial 8-week program, you have the option of continuing that particular program, or switching over to any of our other online programs.
Our Continuation Program allows you to continue your incredible progress and keep that momentum going! You will still have access to all the original features of both your fitness and nutrition program.
The cost of the Continuation Program is $49 a month. If you have finished your 8 weeks or are within the last two weeks of the program, please contact Melissa or myself and we will help you keep the ball rolling!
